VertexCoords is now in there...

After a lot of hulabaloo I have added yet another Blitz related command (having this command set allows porting easier) VertexCoords allows me to change the coordinates of a particular vertex meaning I can morph a mesh to anything I want. Now this is in I can add the CreateSheet command to create a sheet of polygons that I can do anything with. This should allow us to make the water effects etc that I wanted to do.
